At Vodafone, we’re not just shaping the future of connectivity for our customers – were shaping the future for everyone who joins our team. When you work with us, you’re part of a global mission to connect people, solve complex challenges, and create a sustainable and more inclusive world. Our Rotational Graduate Programme isn’t just about developing your career – it’s about giving you the skills, the community, and the opportunities to create positive impact.
We believe that the future is created by people, not just technology. That’s why our HR team plays a critical role in helping our people grow, belong, and reach their full potential. Here, you’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. Your work will drive real impact – helping shape a culture that’s diverse, inclusive, and ready for the future.
Over two years, you’ll rotate through three key HR areas – Resourcing, Reward, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Organisational Effectiveness, and HR Business Partnering – and help shape projects that will affect thousands of people. You might be working on an app that redefines employee experience, or shaping policies that make Vodafone an even more inclusive workplace. Every day will challenge you, inspire you, and develop you into the kind of leader the future needs.
