In External Affairs, we are the guardians of Vodafone’s reputation, shaping and protecting our voice in the global arena. We manage corporate communications to ensure our valued customers not only understand but also believe in our mission and values. Our work is about building meaningful relationships and managing partnerships with government entities, all while safeguarding our network and our customers. This team plays a pivotal role in enabling Vodafone to conduct business ethically, transparently, and with a commitment to social responsibility.

As part of this programme, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a vital area of our organisation. You’ll collaborate with a talented team of professionals specialising in corporate affairs, sustainable business, corporate security, public policy and public affairs, as well as Vodafone Foundation. Over the course of two years, you will gain invaluable experience through placements in various areas, such as government, policy and regulatory engagement, external, internal and investor communications, environment, sustainability, governance and charitable programme development, and the management of security to protect colleagues, customers and infrastructure. What we’re looking for

  • 2.2 in any degree, although a related degree preferably in public relations, international relations, journalism, politics or sustainability is a bonus
  • Recently graduated – i.e. a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2023 and August 2025
  • You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa

Programme details

  • Duration: Two years including two 6-month rotations and one 12-month rotation
  • Start date: September 2025
