Graduate Programme

This will be a 2-year programme providing you with valuable exposure and insight into Veolia services and strategic Veolia projects.

As part of the Graduate Development Programme, you will go through a structured development programme, undertaking leadership, management, soft skills and safety modules with your graduate cohort.

What will you be doing?

  • Shadow various FM teams to learn the Veolia business.
  • Establish good practice sharing between the FM teams.
  • Lead improvement programmes across a range of Facilities Management Contracts.
  • Provide feedback on observations to senior management.
  • Review and provide feedback on minor works processes.
  • Develop and roll out a consistent approach to minor works across the FM sites.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in any discipline with an interest in facilities management (a minimum of 2:1 to be achieved by Sept 2022)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good communication skills
  • Well organised
  • Good time management
  • Computer skills, Word, Excel, Google Suite (desirable)
