Applications are invited for a chemist to work with Professor Sir Shankar Balasubramanian on developing a technique for mapping the binding small molecules to chromatin. 

Applicants must have a background in chemical biology, with a strong interest in genomic technologies. Previous experience in developing techniques to map the interactions of small molecules with chromatin is highly desirable.

We seek a highly-motivated individual with good communication skills and a capacity for innovation and creativity, who is able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Candidates should have (or be about to receive) an MSc or BSc in a relevant discipline. Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 6 months in the first instance.
