The B Side Skills Experience
Be Administrative
- Updating the central calendar to ensure the department has the most recent information on artist trips/gigs/events and birthdays
- Compiling a weekly report documenting all artist activity across all subsidiary labels
- Continually researching and updating database of event information (venues, schedules, budgets etc.)
- Cultivate good working relationships with internal and external suppliers
- Assist with Universal artist and VIP gift purchasing
- Maintain a central overview of all department expenditure
- Booking meetings, couriers, and taxis
- Creating content and posting on the department Social Media channels
- Ad hoc support for events within the business
Person Specification
- Positive and upbeat can-do attitude
- Experience of working in an administrative / support role with above average attention to detail, resourceful, highly organised
- Very personable, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to form strong working relationships with internal colleagues and external contacts
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- Willingness to work outside of contracted hours when required
- Very strong IT and social media skills
