Looking for your next move? Join our team as a Communications Executive focused on internal communications and supporting change and transformation projects!
In this role, you'll deliver engaging content to over 2,000 colleagues, keeping everyone connected to our purpose, vision and values. You`ll play a key part in communicating key initiatives, inspiring and engaging teams as we navigate change.
You'll collaborate with teams to gather content, create engaging materials for internal channels like newsletters and the intranet, assist in planning and running events ( including town halls) and track and report on communications success.
If you have a passion for internal communications, experience in a fast-paced environment, the ability to simplify complex information into engaging content, strong relationship-building skills and familiarity with Microsoft tools then this role is for you!
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with teams to gather content and support the editorial calendar
- Support in the development of plans and roll-out communications for key change and transformation programmes
- Create engaging content for internal channels like newsletters, emails and the intranet
- Assist in planning and running virtual and in-person events
- Support internal comms campaigns aligned with company goals
- Track and report on the success of communications efforts
What we're looking for in you
- A passion for communications and experience working in a fast-paced communications team
- An understanding of how employee engagement helps create a great place to work
- Experience of co-ordinating communications for change and transformation programmes an advantage
- Ability to turn complex information into simple, engaging content
- Strong relationship-building and team-connecting skills
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects
- Experience with Microsoft tools like SharePoint, Teams and Viva Engage
- Eye for design and experience with tools like Canva or Biteable
- Enthusiasm for communicating change clearly and effectively
