Our Graduate Generation Engineering scheme offers graduates the opportunity to gain “hands on” experience of operational power stations and gas storage facilities. The scheme is designed to help develop the core skills and competence needed to establish a solid practical engineering foundation, whilst gaining an understanding of the safety, technical and operational aspects of a power station or an upper tier COMAH facility to best support the individual for a future career within engineering.
We encourage practical learning and you'll work closely with our experienced site engineers learning how they think and how they tackle problems through “on the job” training of day to day challenges covering general maintenance, outages and projects.
We actively promote professional development and fully support all graduates on their journey toward Chartership. What's more, you'll have a sponsor, your own mentor, training opportunities and graduate buddy & peer group to provide help and advice along the way.
