Role Responsibilities

  • Implement motion graphics and animations to add dynamism and interactivity to online advertisements, enhancing engagement and conveying brand messages effectively.
  • Create eye-catching designs for social media ads, websites, landing pages, and other digital assets that align with clients' branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to each project.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • A thorough understanding of the project process within a creative agency - from client brief through to post-project-evaluation.
  • Able to deliver great conceptual ideas, with a portfolio displaying the depth of your creativity and expertise in this area.
  • Fluency in social platforms and experience creating content focused for social media objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently on medium to large scale client projects with a senior creative/team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and user experience best practices.
  • Strong skills in motion design, animation, and video editing to create captivating visual experiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and flawless execution.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to present ideas, discuss design concepts, and receive feedback constructively.
  • Proven experience in designing emails and HTML5 banners.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects that demonstrate creativity, technical skills, and successful campaign outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
  • Ability to think innovatively and look beyond the obvious to develop highly engaging ideas and campaigns.
  • Constantly looks for and learns from new information or experiences.
  • Experience working in news/editorial is ideal but not essential.
