We are delighted to be accepting applications for our exciting 2025 Placement Quantity Surveyor role (M&E) in our Central London office. Our office is conveniently located in the heart of London in the Blackfriars area and less than 5 mins from walk from Blackfriars station.

This is a 14-month, fully paid placement scheme. Targeted specifically at undergraduate students seeking employment during their year in industry as part of their current degree course. Candidates will need to be available to work for a 14-month period between July 2025 to August 2026 to be eligible for this role.

Our 14 months placement schemes offer a unique handover period with our previous year’s placement student, designed to give you smoothest transition into working in your new role. In your final month of the contract, you will provide mentorship and a handover period to next year’s student.

Whilst working with us you will receive structured, hands-on experience in the consultancy Quantity Surveying role. All the time learning and developing your understanding of the key responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor and gaining further insight into the construction industry. You will learn how an established construction consultancy operates and gain invaluable experience whilst working to proven and successful systems and procedures.

This role is specifically to work on the mechanical and electrical (M&E) elements of larger construction projects. Therefore, Quantity Surveyors with a keen interest in M&E work are particularly desirable to us for this role. Duties & responsibilities

Within your role, we expect you to gain exposure to pre and post contract duties within a consultancy, client-facing Quantity Surveyor role specific to M&E related work within larger construction projects. Some duties will include, but are not limited to:
