What would my responsibilities be?
You’ll contribute to the development and delivery of the people services across Transport for Wales ensuring that policies, procedures and processes are in place and adhered to, ensuring that people projects are delivered on time and contribute to the overall people plan.
Are there any essential requirements?
- A Degree/Apprenticeship degree in a relevant subject such as HR or Business Management with a HR module.
- A keen interest to pursue a career in HR.
- An awareness of UK Employment Law.
- The ability to communicate persuasively with confidence both orally and in writing, demonstrating the ability to influence and appropriately choose the right style of communication to fit the audience.
- The ability to identify, analyse and interpret relevant information from a range of sources to creatively solve problems and develop well-informed solutions.
Welsh language skills
We welcome people who can speak or write in Welsh, but it’s not essential for this role.
