Our opportunity
With a structured training plan from day one, you will be fully supported in your professional development by our dedicated Pensions Trainers. Working with a passionate team of experts, there will be numerous opportunities to expand your pensions knowledge as well as study towards an industry recognised professional qualification and associate membership of the Pensions Management Institute.
Working in our Pensions team to help our members with enquiries, this opportunity will provide you with the key knowledge and skills required to take that first step in your pensions career. It could be the start of your career with TPT, leading to opportunities into other specialist fields. If you’re motivated and looking to progress, TPT will provide you with the opportunity to shape your career. This role is due to start on Monday 2nd December 2024.
What will your week working for TPT look like?
Hours: Mon – Fri (35hrs), 9:00 – 17:00
Hybrid working: Your initial 8 week classroom based training will take place in the office, with opportunities for some home working after this time.
