Role overview 

We are hiring an intern to join our Marketing and Communications team in London on a six-month placement. Think of the role as an ‘internal journalist’ – an opportunity for you to produce and distribute great stories and content that will positively engage both our colleagues, and clients. You will also gain hands-on insight into a Marketing and Communications function of a world-leading financial institution, whilst being able to shape and influence strategy using your knowledge of the latest communication trends. 

Role responsibilities 

  • Create engaging, modern, professional content for distribution across our digital channels such as our employee app, intranet, internal TV channel, and social channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram)  
  • Help manage the company’s social media accounts, such LinkedIn and Instagram, and post content 
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas 
  • Provide suggestions for improving colleague and client experience on digital / social platforms 
  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, employees, customers, goals, and all other aspects of service. 
  • Learn and becomes proficient on internal software systems 
  • Analyse data to gauge the success of campaigns / content 
  • Assist in creating performance reports.
