The opportunity

Selected candidates will be enrolled onto our Graduate Training Scheme, which is fully accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers. You will be fully supported to achieve professional chartership and helped through the process by our dedicated Professional Development Manager.

During your time as a graduate you will be working alongside some of the best engineers in the industry on exciting and challenging projects. We will be there to encourage collaborative behaviours and support your individual personal and professional growth.

What will you be doing

As a Tony Gee Graduate, you will be involved in the design and delivery of exciting projects with high-profile clients. From your first day you will have the opportunity to work on innovative and technically challenging projects. You will be guided through the responsibilities of the role in our nurturing, professional and technically excellent environment

Desired qualifications

  • BEng or MEng, preferably working towards MICE Chartership status.
