About the role

Based at in our Eastern region in Bedford on a permanent basis covering sites across the region. The purpose of the role will include;

  • A role designed to offer you the relevant experience, development opportunities and exposure to senior leadership, enabling you to become a strategic land manager/land manager within 2 years;
  • Supporting land search and land acquisition processes including travelling to view sites;
  • Completing detailed planning research and evaluation to help secure immediate and strategic land opportunities;

About you

  • Relevant experience in discipline related to UK Land, Real Estate or Town Planning is essential.
  • Interest in buying and selling land for residential development and other uses
  • Willingness and keenness to learn
  • Self-motivated, resilient, diligent, ambitious, creative and problem-solving skills
  • Show initiative and possess a “can do” attitude with a “problem identification - solution proposal” approach
  • Team player, but able to work alone as required
  • Possess strong commercial acumen to achieve business results
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office suite – outlook, excel and word
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • The business will support this role with relevant qualification this could be commercial, technical or Real Estate depending on the individual and can be level 4,5 or 6.
