The product team is responsible for product experience and product-driven business growth in the European region (including the UK and newly opened countries in Europe). By leveraging experience insights, product iteration, and product operations to provide solutions that best meet European market needs, starting from the demands of regional sellers, creators, and buyers, and to drive business breakthroughs and growth through product.

Responsibilities

- Drive product vision, strategy, development and execution for TikTok Shop product in the UK&EU market as a strategy PM.

- Deep understanding of UK & EU buyers' behaviour and needs, and market trends and dynamics. Identify key requests and pain-points to iterate product strategies that are beneficial to long-term user value and the business ecosystem.

- Participate in the design, development, testing, and monitoring throughout the entire product development lifecycle, and drive the implementation of product strategies.

- Iterate product strategy in local markets. Finetune optimization strategy for differentiated user groups.

- Drive cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to ensure high-quality product delivery by working with business, engineering, algorithm, design, data science and other functional teams.
