The product team is responsible for product experience and product-driven business growth in the European region (including the UK and newly opened countries in Europe). By leveraging experience insights, product iteration, and product operations to provide solutions that best meet European market needs, starting from the demands of regional sellers, creators, and buyers, and to drive business breakthroughs and growth through product.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product vision, strategy, development and execution for TikTok seller and merchandise product as a feature PM.
  • Deep understanding of UK & EU sellers' behaviour and needs, and market trends and dynamics. Able to identify key requests and pain-points for relevant products to iterate.
  • Participate in the design, development, testing, and monitoring throughout the entire product development lifecycle;
  • Provide clear product documentation, mock-ups (e.g. BRD, MRD and PRD) and lead the project management of feature implementation and iteration
  • Drive cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to ensure high-quality product delivery by working with business, engineering, algorithm, design, data science and other functional teams.
