We are looking for a Live Streaming Operations Intern to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of live streaming, content operations, and influencer management. This role involves managing live streaming content, working with influencers, and coordinating with merchants to ensure successful live streaming events.
Responsibilities
- Assist mentor in completing the output of LIVE playbook.
- Regularly collect LIVE cases from key merchants, diagnose abnormal traffic and common problems, regularly review and provide feedback to the industry.
- Assist the team in offline support work for key showcases, including but not limited to agency docking, agency incentive payment, timeline tracking, etc.
- Execution and follow-up of LIVE activities (such as leaderboard, KLS), data acquisition and review.
- Organizing daily Live performance data, track on target completion rate and proceed initial analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above preferably in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- Available to start full-time immediately for a duration of 3 months or more.
- Fluent English in addition to strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficient with Excel formulas and handling sensitive data.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience of live-streaming either as a creator or a consumer, good understanding of broader media landscape.
- Strong communication skills and results driven.
- Strong interest in livestream, data analysis, ecommerce, and content marketing.
- Comprehensive understanding of Live-streaming content operation and product assortment strategy.
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
