We are looking for an entrepreneurially spirited intern to join our Institute of Monetization Integrity strategy team in EMEA. As down-to-earth strategic partners with a holistic bird’s eye view, our mission is to drive healthy and sustainable business growth by balancing risk, revenue, quality, cost and experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving key research initiatives within the team, including developing a deep understanding and providing insights on the digital advertising market and competitor landscape, key external risks such as regulatory and political landscape and internal process effectiveness to address these risks.

Responsibilities

  • Drive research and analysis on external and internal topics impacting our ad safety ecosystem and deliver related insights to support strategy.
  • Track international policy changes and industrial practice related to monetization integrity and safety; Identify gaps or conflicts in existing ads policies, system/products, or other issues raised by relevant teams, and conduct research on key issues of local, regional and global ads policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (policy, product, sales, T&S, PR, sales and legal teams etc), develop scalable solutions, and work towards consensus across the organization.
  • Provide objective, thorough, and data-driven recommendations to leadership; clear and actionable suggestions to policy teams.
  • Build metrics, dashboards and tracking strategies to inform integrity performance and detect risks at an early stage.
