The E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) team is a global team responsible for ensuring our TikTok Shop marketplace is safe and trustworthy for users, sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality on our Marketplaces. As a Policy Specialist, you will be reporting into the Seller Onboarding Program Manager and you will be a key member of our GNE team; you will play an impactful role and be responsible for supporting data-driven strategic programmes, to minimise ecosystem risks, improve the overall experience for our sellers and users.

Responsibilities

Support all Seller Onboarding and Governance projects in EMEA:

  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of seller onboarding flow
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal teams, addressing inquiries
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices and policy adherence
  • Partner with data teams to track, analyse and report on key metrics to understand trends and potential areas of improvement
  • Participate in cross-functional engagements with teams including Fraud, Product, Compliance, Legal and Business Operations
