The UK Fashion Key Account Team is responsible for the continued growth and development of the fashion vertical on TikTok Shop in the UK. The primary focus of the Fashion Creator team (that sits within KA Fashion) is creator management and matchmaking with established UK enterprise brands and global names.

As TikTok Shop continues to shake up the traditional e-commerce landscape, this team will also play a big part in shaping the future developments of the shopping platform and the services offered to both brands and customers within.

Responsibilities

  • Support Creator Managers with Creator development by owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator troubleshooting.
  • Support the Merchandise Operation Manager with operational elements to help sellers on affiliate market, collect sample requests, product listing creation, problem troubleshooting, campaign status update, etc.
  • Support the MO to collect, feed back and share communication posts related to fashion product updates in the internal groups with creators.
  • Familiarize various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports to contribute solutions to creators' pain points and contribute to growth.
  • Own and develop new admin-related processes to support merchandise and creator operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in your penultimate year, graduating in 2025
  • Strong communication and written skills in English.
  • Solid interest in fashion and content creation.
  • Good analytical and data driven skills.
  • Strong coordination, collaborative, and time management skills; is able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Successful candidates must start in June 2024.
