Joining the e-commerce team will give a holistic view of how to grow and scale merchants and sellers on the TikTok Shop platform, spearheading in the social commerce space. Working directly with merchants, creators and talented colleagues, learning and collaborating directly with the Account Management (AM) team.
The AM team is the primary owner of the success of merchants on TikTok Shop and their responsibility spans across multiple areas including merchant onboarding, merchant growth, reporting and cross-functional initiatives. In this team you will have the opportunity to see all phases of a merchant's lifecycle on the platform and support them in being successful on TikTok Shop. The Home & Living category is an exciting one, that will give you insights into products, sellers, creators and customers across diverse categories, such as Sports & Outdoors, Toys, Collectibles or Pets.
Responsibilities
Be part of the action, supporting Account Management teams & sellers on their growth journey!
- Supporting the Account Management team with merchant operations: preparing seller business reviews, providing clear data analysis, troubleshooting issues
- Research industry trends, market themes, and competitor analysis and provide insights and recommendations on key seasonalities, products and initiatives that will influence the sellers' growth on TikTok Shop
Hone your entrepreneurial skills and business acumen!
- Manage small-scale merchants and support their growth journeys and how to maximise their TikTok Shop experience
- Collaborate with the Creators team experts to make sure creators have visibility on the best products our category offers
Be at the heart of our operations!
- Collaborate with Live/Campaign Ops to ensure effective Live and campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles
- Become an expert in the utilisation of tools for reporting, budget control, promotional spending and content management systems
