Our Sales Operations team within the EU is essential to enabling TikTok's sales teams to drive revenue at scale efficiently and strategically. This team is responsible for managing strategic projects that improve current and build new processes, streamlining efforts between internal sales operations teams, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive value across the business. We are looking for a highly organised professional who is passionate about process design and optimisation. As a Sales Operations MBA Summer Intern, you will partner with sales leaders to develop thoughtful and innovative strategies that improve internal stakeholder experience, optimise performance, and reduce operational costs. You should be a self-starter, with the ability to work efficiently, anticipate issues and take initiative to solve them.

What you will do 

Lead a Sales Operations project from start to finish during the summer in which you will: 

  • Evaluate existing commercial practices and methodologies and make improvements and standardisation with the use of actionable analytical reports and models.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust project demand forecasting model as well as review and calibrate on project demand (order and forecast) together with the sales/PM team for the business.
  • Deliver data insights, reports and dashboards critical to understanding operation performance and driving operational efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and provide input on sales operations policies and procedures based on sales feedback and real practice; Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Revenue Recognition, Legal, Finance, etc.)
  • Work with Sales Systems teams to implement a solution on TikTok internal systems.
  • Implement the processes and procedures to scale across the EU business.
