We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users.

Within this role you will

  • Support regional live streaming operations and initiatives including: -
    • Establishing guidelines, strategies and educational programs for partnership agencies, influencers, users, events and organizations
    • Maintain a healthy ecosystem by acquiring and building relationships with content providers/creators / influencers, as well as brands, companies and other partner organizations
  • Assist with developing a strong cross-functional partnership with the TikTok team to promote and grow both initiatives
  • Support live streaming campaign planning and launching by exploring current internet trends, and local and global events.
  • Familiar with the psychology of live streams and users, understand the characteristics of local users, make constructive and exploratory suggestions, and optimize the user experience. 
  • Assist with engaging, managing, and developing platform agencies and live streamers
  • Brainstorm strategies to promote further progression of the live streaming platform by analyzing the content quality and safety, consistency, and monetization efforts among others.
  • Participate in drafting and revising related policies and partnership agreements with agencies/talents/influencers.

Qualifications

  • Successful candidates must start in June 2023.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or above and graduating in 2024.
  • Experience: Candidates who have worked with, or have connections with, creators, agencies, media companies, OTT, celebrities and live streaming applications are preferred.
  • Excellent business acumen in emerging technology. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
  • Self-starter and able to manage multiple sensitive and high-profile initiatives simultaneously
  • Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture Experience in the local live streaming industry and understanding of the latest live streaming trends
