Tikehau Capital has developed a wide range of expertise across four asset classes (credit, real assets, private equity and capital markets strategies) as well as multi-asset and special opportunities strategies.
Missions
- Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies;
- Take lead in writing memos and creating presentations for internal committees;
- Build financial models and scenario analyses;
- Involved in the structuring and execution of financing, legal documentation and deal negotiation;
- Participate in the monitoring of portfolio companies.
Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a master's degree (or equivalent) from a business school or university with a specialisation in Economics, Finance or other;
- Previous internship experience in investment banking or private equity is preferred but not a requirement;
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
- Experience with financial analysis and a solid understanding of key accounting principles;
- The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.
For this position, we require the candidates to have the right to work full time in the UK from now for 6 months.
