During your 10-week paid programme we’ll give you real-life experience in an area in of Customer  You’ll also develop new skills, from how you build relationships with colleagues and suppliers to building your commercial awareness. Plus, you’ll have a buddy on hand to support you all the way.

You’ll be supported through your programme with a variety of learning that will build your skills and develop your knowledge. It will be a mix of leadership training, networking and time with our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) networks and leadership team​.

A successful internship with us can guarantee your place on our Food Graduate Programme when you graduate - before you’ve even started your final year of study.
