Our Customer team is at the heart of building trusted and valued relationships with our customers. Within Customer, you’ll touch different elements of marketing, from Brand strategy and Marketing to customer loyalty. Fundamental to your learning experience will be gaining knowledge of how customer data and insight fuel decision making and shape the relationships we have with our customers in a personalised way.
During your 2-year programme you’ll first start off by spending 12 weeks in store getting to understand how our stores operate and how we serve our customers and communities. After this you’ll be able to use the knowledge and experience you’ve gained to get stuck in, following a clear development pathway to build your capability and provide experiences across the functions.
By the end of your programme you will have gained all the necessary skills and knowledge you need to set you up for success, but your journey doesn’t stop there, as this programme gives a great foundation to accelerate your career to become a senior leader in our business.
