Supports the operations and objectives of the operational department using applicable methods, procedures and tools.
Job description
- Analyzes systems and reviews production work orders to check accuracy and feasibility
- Resolves level 1 incidents related to production and implements changes and improvement plans in accordance with procedures, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
- Monitors quality and performance levels defined in the Service Level Agreements and produces KPIs reports, as required
- Adapts own work plan in the light of operating experience to realize Standards Level Agreements
- Maintains operational documentation and procedures
- Contributes to improving the design, delivery and support of IT services
- Understands priorities related to the work being performed as well as the impact on the organization

- Previous experience in the related field
