Sytner Group Head Office are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Head Office accounts team. The role will be based at their Penman Way offices, Leicester.

The role

As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day to day function of the accounts department assisting primarily with purchase ledger transactional accounting. You will also assist the Group Accountant and accounts team in various other ad-hoc duties where required.

Main areas of responsibility will include but not limited to:

  • Invoice registration
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Handling supplier queries
  • Internal recharge cost processing and query resolution
  • Finance reconciliation and variance analysis
  • Processing and analysis expenses
  • Payment processing and administration
  • Adhoc accounts administration

About you

Candidates will need a minimum of 1 years' experience within a similar accounting role, ideally within a professional, corporate environment. Experience of using the Keyloop DMS and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.

Ideally, you will be diligent, well organised, enthusiastic and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail as part of a small dedicated team.
