Based in Liverpool, you will be an integral part of our Business Systems team, supporting various partners across the organisation.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying and resolving issues with our current business systems while contributing to continuous improvements and process enhancements. Your work will directly impact the successful delivery of new business projects, ensuring that all systems are effectively integrated and aligned with our organisational goals.
What you'll do
- System Development and Maintenance: Support the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our business systems.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Use your analytical skills to identify trends and create insightful reports, dashboards, and visualisations using Power BI.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in thorough system testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and adhere to regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across all sites to understand their needs, offer support, and build strong working relationships.
- Documentation: Accurately document processes, decision points, and data flows for both existing and new systems.
