The Test Technician Intern is responsible for providing laboratory test support to SAF R & D functions using sophisticated programs to collect data. Will evaluate data and document results of testing on materials. This position will follow standard procedures to ensure adherence to corporate R & D guidelines & both global & local SOPs.
What you will be doing
QC Testing
- QC Testing
- Complete mechanical, functional, visual inspection per customer (internal & external) requirements
- Maintain detailed records of test results
Quality management
- Responsible for working in compliance to all Quality Management Systems.
- May assist in developing methods and procedures for quality assurance and control.
About you
Must have for this role
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
Nice to have
- Basic experience of Metrology testing, eg use of Calipers, CMM & Tensile testing instruments an advantage
