The role
To support and assist fee earners in carrying out duties and, where appropriate, to deal with clients and their affairs in an efficient and effective manner.
Commercial litigation involves a wide variety of disputes, from contract issues and business torts to shareholder disputes and regulatory challenges. No two cases are the same! You’ll constantly be learning and tackling new legal problems, keeping you engaged and mentally stimulating.
What makes this role great?
You will be exposed to complex legal issues, enabling you to hone your research, drafting, and analytical skills.
You’ll work closely with our experienced Solicitors, learning the intricacies of case law, procedural rules, and litigation strategy. Supporting our Solicitors in these cases allows you to contribute meaningfully to outcomes that affect businesses and industries.
The role offers a great opportunity for someone who is looking to either build on existing experience and to progress in their career or someone who has just completed their studies and is ready to their studies into practice.
You
First we ask that you have a genuine interest in this area of law, you will also need to have a Law Degree or relevant work experience.
Litigation moves quickly, especially when deadlines are looming for filings or court appearances, You will need to be able to work in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.
