Role objective

The Graduate Designer Bags & Accessories role sits within the Design Team. The individual will be responsible for supporting with the development of design collections, organising assets/materials, digital rendering, sending launch packs and creating mood boards at Stella McCartney.

This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract role, based in our London Head Office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • To support with digital rendering (retouch other materials/colour ups)
  • To support the team with ad hoc administration requests such as organising collections, assets, materials, sending launch packs to the team in Italy and helping to ship items over to Italy based on business needs
  • Staying up to date with Stella McCartney product and design knowledge including learning about innovative materials, and working with the best innovators
  • Developing an understanding and knowledge of bags, the Italian manufacturing process, the design process and the in-house luxury approach at Stella McCartney
  • Supporting with mood boards and keeping up to date with research and industry trends.
  • Help with the development of the design collections to ensure there is knowledge of what an end-to-end design process looks like
  • Responsible for organising the design space
  • Support with the delivery of design projects and tasks as assigned by the business.
