As a Trainee Contact Lens Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day.

Based in Guildford, our store is close to Guildford train station with links to many of the surrounding cities, as well as a park and ride. We have a wonderful team of 34 dedicated people in our store ready and waiting for you to meet.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers into store
  • Booking in appointments
  • Promoting contact lenses in store
  • Providing customers with detailed and accurate advice
  • Making customers aware of the different types of lenses available & their advantages
  • Helping patients to understand how to use and care for their contact lenses
  • Taking phone calls
