We are looking for recent graduates to join our Corporate Sustainability team in our London, Manchester & Bristol offices.

This is a development role for people at the beginning of their career in sustainability consulting. We do innovative and worthwhile work, helping companies become more sustainable. Our work covers a huge range of interrelated topics:  from governance to human rights, to supply chain sustainability, to climate change.  We work with client teams in marketing, compliance, procurement and communications as well as their sustainability functions, usually at Executive level.  We’ve established a reputation for being great at what we do. Everything we do is bespoke, and that is reflected in how we think and work. Our employees are the most important thing; we invest in them, and they tend to stay with us for a long time. About you  
You will have recently graduated or be in your final year at university  we are open to a range of degrees  including business, economics, science and engineering more importantly we want graduates who:

  • Are curious and unafraid of challenging conventional wisdom, resilient and persistent, looking to learn and be challenged
  • demonstrate attention to detail, can assimilate and process information rapidly, and comfortable working at pace
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, numerate and analytical, able to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Are confident and engaging, able to communicate well when presenting, writing and speaking
  • Have an excellent command of IT and ability to use technical skills for maximum impact for clients
