What you’ll be doing
There are lots of different paths you could potentially go down, whether you’re more interested in pursuing a career in branding or marketing, or in the strategy and commercial side of our business. Whichever route you choose, you’ll do four wide-ranging rotations, potentially exposing you to everything from Marketing and Project Management to Strategy and Corporate Affairs.
Departments for your rotations are divided into Consumer Group (Marketing, Commercial, Propositions, Trading and NOW) and non-Consumer Group (Sky Labs, Commercial Content Strategy, Group Supply, Product Management, Corporate Affairs, Group Strategy, Channel and Partnerships, and NOW Global Over-The-Top Product Team).
Whichever path you choose, you’ll hit the ground running and get stuck into complex and challenging projects. You could be developing mobile sales plans. Leading key pieces of consumer research. Creating a marketing campaign for a brand-new show. The opportunities are endless.

What we’re looking for
The one essential requirement is that you have an undergraduate degree (or are about to complete one). Our programme is designed to give you all the knowledge and experience you need. So it doesn’t matter what your degree is in. We’re much more interested in the passion, drive and talent you’re able to bring to the team.
Your application journey
Step 1 – Submit your application on our system. We’ll be asking for your personal details, academic information and anything else that you think would be relevant such as work experience. Once your application has been submitted, you’ll be invited to complete our immersive digital assessments. This may land in your junk folder so don’t forget to check it.
Step 2 – Complete our online digital assessments. These look at your Sky fit and your business fit. Why not pop onto our dedicated Prep hub to familiarise yourself with some of these digital assessments before completing them. You’ll also have the opportunity to practice each of these assessments beforehand, so please read our email instructions carefully. We’ve added some tips to help you along the way.
Step 3 - For the final stage of your application, we’ll invite you to our virtual assessment centre and give you some tasks to get to know you better. The day will give you a practical insight into what it’s like to work in Business Strategy and will assess your aptitude for this programme. Once you’ve completed your assessment day, we’ll let you know when you can expect to hear back from us.
