We are looking for Graduate Project Managers to join our Infrastructure @one Alliance team in Peterborough, who will gain a holistic understanding of the @one Alliance through rotational placements and a structured support programme across our teams. The end goal is to develop you into a future leader in our organisation.

What you'll do

  • Complete value-added projects across many different teams including Project Delivery, Commercial, Engineering, Solutions, Site/Commissioning teams.
  • Develop an understanding of project management techniques which promote collaboration, synergy and outperformance to deliver against our overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead a variety of projects across different teams whilst honing your stakeholder engagement and management techniques.
  • Use theory, innovation and investigatory techniques underpinned by data and evidence, suggest new ways of working/ approaching work.
  • Be accountable for your own development by working outside of natural comfort zones and learning from mistakes.
  • Utilise your presence in different teams to share knowledge and create efficiencies where possible.

What you'll bring to the role

  • You will hold or be in your final year of achieving a degree in Business related or Project Management subject, however, we can be flexible. We are more focused on your motivation, values and forward thinking.
  • Enthusiastic about learning, personal and professional growth
  • You have a strong interest in innovation, sustainability and making a positive impact
  • You enjoy solving complex engineering challenges
  • You work collaboratively towards shared goals and targets
  • You are motivated to work in the water sector environment
  • This role requires visits to sites within the Anglian Water region. As such, we would expect you to have a driving licence or work towards obtaining one within your first year of working with us.
