About the role & team

As a Graduate, Account Representative SkyStar for Sales Performance Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director by handling various administrative tasks.

Your primary focus will be on optimizing processes to minimize administrative time, allowing more dedicated efforts towards customer interaction. This role encompasses responsibilities related to contracts, pipeline management, strategic objectives, customer relationship building, and performance reporting.

What you will do

  1. Sales Performance Reporting
    • Assist in inventorying contracts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    • Reporting on sales and pipeline performance.
    • Contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives through administrative support.
    • Revenue tracking and reporting
  2. Training Reporting & Support
    • Document and report on training plans and attendance
  3. Customer Satisfaction Reporting & Support
    • Monitor on Net Promotor Score (NPS) performance
    • Monitor customer sat on delivery, operations and billing
    • Team support and tracking on resulting actions
  4. Customer Relationship Management
    • Create power maps to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Leverage Salesforce to update account contacts information.
  5. Customer Situational Analysis and Reporting
    • Conduct SWOT analysis and identify potential red flags.
    • Keep updated «heatmaps»

Qualifications

  • Be enrolled on a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field and graduate by September 2024. The graduation period must be between January - September 2024. 
  • 0-1 years of work experience in a similar or relevant role.
  • Passionate in Information Technology, Digitisation and Digital Transformation, Telecom Industry.
  • Awareness of Airport / Airline industry is an added advantage. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
