What would my working day be like?
Join our 12-month intern scheme in Siemens Financial Services and benefit from a tailored development program. We’ll create a personalised training plan to boost your skills and set you up for a successful career in the human resources and learning sector.
You are encouraged to be in the office most of the time, as we believe this dynamic environment is the best place to learn, network and have fun whilst being an early careers professional. You will join the People, Learning and Culture department.
Your role will include
- Helping drive varied and exciting P&O projects tackling key issues that affect our People, including the roll out of new processes and initiatives.
- Collaborating with P&O colleagues to support the business through change and help to craft the future of work.
- Researching and analysing data to support current and future P&O activities.
- Acting as an ambassador for the P&O team while you network with a wide variety of colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
- You’ll also have the flexibility throughout the internship to focus on topics and projects which most interest you.
What do I need to apply?
- Studying towards a degree in HR or a business-oriented subject.
- A clear passion for a career in HR and excitement about how data can drive future success.
- A logical mentality with eagerness to learn and conduct independent research.
- Ability to introduce fresh ideas and take initiative.
- Enjoyment in collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
