In this role, you will serve as a member of the EMEA Total Rewards Team, who are part of the wider Global Total Rewards. The EMEA Total Rewards team has responsibility for many countries across EMEA, including Springtown, Northern Ireland.
The team provides a total rewards’ offering through a mix of compensation and benefits that attract and retain talent for Seagate. The team continually reviews the offering in the market to ensure it remains competitive.
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic individual to work as a Total Rewards Analyst across EMEA. This is an 11-month Internship starting on Monday, 1st September 2025 and finishing Friday, 21st August 2026. In this role you will support the team with:
- Total reward administration and analysis of total rewards programs.
- Review of current Total Rewards policies and plans.
- Working with the wider global team across Human Resources, managers and employees, as required.
- Working on data for compensation and benefits, along with assisting with the general administration for the roll-out of EMEA and Global Total Reward programs.
- Maintenance of consistent and relevant total rewards success criteria, metrics and reporting dashboards to ensure program effectiveness.
- Working on wellbeing initiatives.

Your experience includes
- Excellent team player.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including excel.
- Good experience of working with data
- Knowledge of how total rewards attract and retain employees.
- Currently undertaking a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant qualification.
You might also have
- HRIS systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)
- Currently undertaking a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant qualification.
