The Springtown location plays an integral role in the manufacturing process of the group, and the local finance team plays a key role in the Global Accounting organization, supporting a number of group companies in EMEA and beyond. About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an 11-month internship/placement in the Finance organization, commencing in September 2025.
You will
- Join the global Technical Accounting/External Reporting organization.
- Gain significant experience working in a busy Finance team.
- Learn and take responsibility for financial reporting and technical accounting tasks, supporting other team members.
- Have the opportunity to learn from different teams within the global Finance organization.
- Work on projects that contribute to the ongoing success of the team, for example designing and implementing process improvements.
- Gather data for external and internal reporting.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
- Any other duties in line with departmental responsibilities.
About you
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
- Work well as part of a busy team, and can build relationships at various levels of the organization.
- Comfortable in learning new things and quickly building an understanding to be able to work independently.
- Detail orientated, organized and accurate.
- Consistently demonstrate integrity throughout your work.
Your experience includes
- Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
- Previous experience working as part of a team as well as working independently.
You might also have
- Previous experience (academic or otherwise) in finance or accounting is desirable but not essential.

This is a Full-Time position working 39 hours per week, on-site working. The placement dates are: Starting on Monday, 1st September 2025 and finishing Friday, 21st August 2026
