Key responsibilities

  • Accountable for ensuring that we have a consistent execution of our Screwfix communications across the brands owned channels and through any bought media.
  • Act as the marketing ambassador for our Campaigns, influencing tone of voice and creative output on all activity.
  • Manage and support all media production from initial creative/production brief through to final asset production.
  • Support the Campaign Manager in the planning and buying of media for campaigns.
  • Forge strong relationships across the business, working closely with the campaign propositions team, commercial planning, through to influencing the wider marketing channel owners and their teams. Delivering best-in-class activations that are joined up and aligned to the promotion plans and comms activations set.
  • Brief content production and manage key stages of the process from briefing and final delivery to channels.
  • Responsible for building processes within the team to ensure photography is relevant and suits the channel needs across the business.
  • Support the Marketing Manager - Campaigns in building budget allocations for activity throughout the financial year and take responsibility for capturing all budget spends through the year.

Required skills experience

  • Brand passion and the ability to protect a corporate identity
  • Strong, dynamic communication skills
  • Proven eye for detail
  • An understanding of customer-led marketing activity
  • Commercial acumen teamed with a creative can-do attitude
  • Extensive experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced customer-focussed business
  • Prior experience in Marketing would be an advantage
  • Cross-functional relationship building, and collaboration would be an advantage
