What you’ll be doing
As a Commercial Graduate, you will be immersed in a learning environment designed to enhance your knowledge and experience across our core departments, including Marketing, Sales, Digital, Customer Service, and Operations.
Throughout the program, you will typically collaborate with a team in one of these areas for approximately four months, providing you with the opportunity to develop essential skills and gain practical experience. This structured approach not only deepens your understanding of each department but also equips you for future placements, ensuring a well-rounded foundation for your career in the commercial sector.
You’ll also could work on one of our major technology programmes, engaging with initiatives such as electric vehicle charging, solar installations, smart heating, and home energy management products and services.
Collaborating closely with our dedicated team, you will be positioned at the forefront of transformative technology initiatives that are essential for driving the transition to a sustainable energy future. Your involvement in these projects will enable you to contribute to innovative solutions that tackle pressing environmental challenges and further our commitment to reducing carbon emissions.

Minimum Criteria - Honours Degree (or equivalent) minimum of 2:2 in Business or similar discipline.
