Our investment teams support our overall purpose to help build the long-term future prosperity of our clients by managing investments for institutions and individuals to help them meet their financial goals and prepare for the future.

We offer innovative products and solutions across a wide range of asset classes, including Equities, Fixed income, Multi-asset, Private Assets and Alternatives.

By combining deep client relationships with market insights and our strong investment capabilities, we can design bespoke products and services. Using a combination of fundamental research and data-informed insights, we construct solutions that meet our clients changing needs.

The programme

As part of the Graduate Programme, you'll be given training to help you perform to the best of your abilities. Rotations on the Investment Graduate Programme can span across our Equities, Fixed Income and Multi-asset, teams.

The knowledge, skills and qualifications we're looking for

  • An honours degree or equivalent – we're not fussed when it comes to your degree subject or predicted grade
  • You will be in your final year of study or already graduated
