The CE Digital Marketing Manager will sit within the DTC Marketing Team, who are responsible for all Performance Marketing and our Direct to Consumer Ecommerce Store – Samsung Shop. They will report into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, and will responsible for managing Digital Media campaigns across the TV/AV, Home Appliance & Display divisions whilst contributing to a wide range of digital marketing innovation projects.
Role and responsibilities
The successful candidate will be the owner of digital media campaign execution across TV/AV, Home Appliance & Display divisions, delivering against S.com traffic & sell-out objectives. Core responsibilities include:
- Own all aspects of CE digital media (Paid Search, Social, Display & OLV) campaign management from briefing agencies through to reporting back to internal partners
- Manage internal partners and budget owners, ensure campaign plans are in line with objectives and clearly communicate expected timings & deliverables.
- Collaborate with agency partners to deliver best possible campaign performance, achieving or exceeding agreed targets
- Review performance of activity against Samsung critical metrics and define test & learn roadmap to ensure continual optimisation
- Work together with the data & insight team to implement robust measurement plans and determine campaign success vs business critical metrics
- Act as a subject matter expert in Digital Marketing across the business, keeping up to date with the latest developments in the industry and opportunities for Samsung
