Calling all technical Graduates! Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career with a two-year Graduate Programme that offers industry leading training and mentoring? How about gaining experience at a global FTSE 100 listed software company, that has big growth ambitions? Welcome to Sage.

Our software is designed to help businesses make decisions faster and more accurately. That requires tech experts who can create, develop and maintain industry leading products. And that’s where future top talent like you comes in. People who can bring their skills and expertise to continue to drive us forward.

Key responsibilities

You’ll be encouraged to learn and experiment as part of a continuous innovation community, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded. We’ll expect a lot from you, and you’ll be encouraged to bring innovative ideas and technical solutions, that add real value for our customers.

To support your technical development, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of technical tracks, such as Cloud Ops, Product Management, AI, Software Development, XD and more. Graduates will complete role-based projects and will acquire technical expertise through individual technical learning development plans.

About you

We’re open to different degree disciplines, however there are a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive. We’re looking for the following:

  • Ideally a degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Mathematics, or other related fields
  • Tech skills, such as coding experience, but we’re not set on a specific coding language (as we have many products), just bring a strong willingness to learn
  • A demonstrable passion for tech, with skills to match
  • An inquisitive mind to help you solve problems
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Resilient and determined, able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Effective communication skills, to help you collaborate with people from across the world
  • Be happy to work from one of our offices a minimum of three days per week, so you will need to live (or be willing to relocate) within an easily commutable distance

What's next

  • Apply online with CV/Resume
  • Complete a gamified science-driven assessment via Harver, to help us accurately assess if you’re aligned to our values and behaviours, whilst removing any risk of unconscious bias from our process
  • If you match the profile, you'll be sent a video interview to record.
  • If your video interview is successful, you’ll be invited to an Assessment Centre at one of our Sage offices.
  • Successful candidates will join our Graduate Programme on 6 October 2025.

As we receive a high volume of applications, you may receive a delayed response to your video interview. We thank you for your patience.
