Calling Graduates! Do you have a passion for cyber security? Are you motivated to solve problems and work with others to find solutions? Have you got a growth mindset and a hunger to learn?

Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career with a two-year Graduate Programme that offers industry leading training and mentoring? How about gaining experience at a global FTSE 100 listed software company, that has big growth ambitions? Welcome to Sage.

We want to hear from individuals with interests in cyber security, technology, organisational behaviour, culture, human risk, communications and data. You will be contributing to the security of Sage’s products, systems and colleague population, so you will need to thrive on exploring new ideas and resolving challenges.

Key responsibilities

You’ll be encouraged to learn and experiment as part of a continuous innovation community, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded. We’ll expect a lot from you, and you’ll be encouraged to bring innovative ideas and technical solutions, that add real value for our customers.

You will work in a minimum of two rotations across the Global Security team, with the first rotation being with the Programme Delivery Team and the second within Governance, Risk and Compliance. As a Global Security Graduate at Sage, you will have the opportunity to specialise in your chosen area of security as part of the graduate programme whilst building a broad foundation in generic security skills across the teams.

We’re open to different degree disciplines, however you’ll ideally have a degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science or similar.

The following skills will also help you thrive in role

  • A demonstrable passion for tech, with skills to match.
  • An inquisitive mind to help you solve problems and identify risk.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Resilient and determined, able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Effective communication skills, to help you collaborate with people from across the world.
  • Be happy to work from one of our offices a minimum of three days per week, so you will need to live (or be willing to relocate) within an easily commutable distance.
  • Apply online with CV/Resume
  • Complete a gamified science-driven assessment via Harver, to help us accurately assess if you’re aligned to our values and behaviours, whilst removing any risk of unconscious bias from our process
  • If you match the profile, you'll be sent a video interview to record.
  • If your video interview is successful, you’ll be invited to an Assessment Centre at one of our Sage offices.
  • Successful candidates will join our Graduate Programme on 6 October 2025.

As we receive a high volume of applications, you may receive a delayed response to your video interview. We thank you for your patience.
