Ryanair are currently recruiting a Project Engineer to join our Maintenance Control team.

Based in our Head Office in Dublin, this is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in Europe’s leading airline, working closely with Senior Management responsible for maintenance of over 610 aircraft.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the maintenance control Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the maintenance control Manager and Maintrol with the recovery of AOG aircraft from the Ryanair Group fleet.
  • Monitoring the on-time performance of all aircraft belonging to the Ryanair Group and compiling delay reports.
  • Ensuring all outstations report back promptly on the delays at their stations.
  • Assisting the Ryanair Reliability Department in compiling the weekly delay statistics.
  • Assisting in monitoring and reporting on EU261 delays allocated to Engineering.
  • Ensuring Engineering Special Reports are sent to the Safety Office for any incidents and / or maintenance errors.
  • Monitoring and updating the Maintrol Roster as required.
  • Preparation of weekly reports as required upon request.
  • Assisting in the compilation and updating of processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • A high level of IT competency is required with a thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Applicants must be open minded, excited about learning new skills, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Successful candidates will have proven numeric, administrative & computer skills.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility and possess the ability to adapt to change quickly.
  • Ideally, candidates should have previous aircraft maintenance experience.
