WysePower, part of the RSK Group, is seeking a Graduate / Trainee Sales Executive, to join our Wolverhampton team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in Sales in the construction industry, progressing to a Business Development Manager for the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

WysePower is a UK-based, market-leading temporary site service company that emphasises using carbon-neutral building solutions. We are a specialised company of more than 200, operating out of 8 regional depots from Glasgow to Bristol. In Europe, we operate in five countries and have recorded an annual turnover of over £30 million.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, staying up to date on new projects and generate sales leads.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer enquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance.
  • Stay updated on project knowledge.
