The Human Factors team forms part of our RPS Risk major accident hazard safety team of over 50 staff. The team works closely with each other and their clients to provide specialist support within the Nuclear and other sectors. We successfully provide Human Factors design and safety case support to ensure that the role of the operator is fully considered and potential for human error minimised.

To be considered for our graduate programme you will need to have or be on course for achieving a relevant degree on one of the following subjects, MSc/PgDip or BSc in Human Factors, Ergonomics or Psychology.
