We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Environmental Sustainability Advisor to join our team.

The role

As a Environmental Sustainability Graduate, you will be under the guidance of the Senior Environmental Sustainability Manager (SESM) for the region / Business Unit. Your pivotal role involves championing BAM’s evolution into a sustainable business as the essential link to our operational units within your designated area. You will facilitate and oversee the execution of environmental compliance to ISO14001, embedding strategies and procedures, support local initiatives, assist with tenders, upskilling, and BAM’s progress towards its  sustainability targets all while being the go-to resource for specialist environmental sustainability advice when needed.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking students who are studying a relevant degree qualification in Environmental Sustainability at an Irish 3rd level institute/university and who have graduated in 2023 and also those who will graduate in Summer 2024.

Graduate opportunities are mainly site-based and as a result graduates must be flexible with location; however, we will endeavour to offer our roles to the student’s preferred location if appropriate.
